Day of Service Aims for 1000 Events in 2025
These new sign-ups will get you fired up for May — Let’s go All-American!
We’re in the homestretch. Some fantastic new events have been confirmed in the past few weeks and we’re sharing some of them to inspire you if you haven’t already signed up. Sign up early to get your Post on the map!
- Don’t forget:
- Hosting a Day of Service event is a requirement to qualify as an All-American Post in 2025.
- A NEW challenge has been issued to reach 1000 confirmed events by May.
- Your event can take place any time during the month of May.
Look at these great community partnerships!
- Post 19809 is partnering with the Boy Scouts for a park clean up.
- Post 7327 is working with several student clubs from a local high school to clean up a heavily traveled highway. They invited the police department to provide traffic safety training to students as well.
- Post 19296 is working with another veterans organization to help veterans train their service dogs.
- Post 4272 is organizing a fishing trip for mentally and physically challenged neighbors with a local sporting group.
