Helping The Community Succeed
VFW Life member Michael Hahn is Still Serving in Knoxville, Pennsylvania, as the chaplain of VFW Post 6753 and the Pennsylvania VFW District 15 chaplain.
In June, he earned the prestigious Department of Pennsylvania VFW Chaplain of the Year award at the Department convention.
“I love offering spiritual support to my community,” he said.
Hahn also leads his church, Broken Spirits Ministry, which reaches people through Bible study and virtual services. And, as the chaplain for the Tioga County Honor Guard, he provides support at military funerals and public events honoring Memorial Day and Veterans Day.
In addition to his spiritual work, Hahn provides essential support to his community through the food bank hosted by his Post.
“When veterans or others need me, I’m there for them,” he said.
