- Releaser consents to Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, its officers, employees, licensees, assigns, and third parties authorized by the VFW (“VFW”) use of Releaser’s name, biographical information, likeness, photographs, and audio/visual content (“Content”) uploaded to VFW’s website by Releaser. Releaser hereby authorizes VFW to use such Content for the purposes of publicity, on its website, and to exhibit Content in nationally-distributed publications, promotions and fundraiser advertising. Releaser releases VFW from any and all claims for damages based upon use of the Content or arising out of this agreement.
