Active co-founder of Veterans for Medical Cannabis Access. VMCA is responsible for the VHA policy allowing cannabis use as part of VHA medical protocol in “legal” states and territories. “Medical treatment by geography” VMCA states is illogical, immoral, unequal and medically unethical.
Active as an executive member of the Veterans Action Council which at present has submitted an open letter to the AG of the US demanding the AG follow US law and treaty obligations with the UN and WHO and reschedule cannabis. The VAC has pending a FOIA request to the VHA asking for the data collected by the VHA over the past eleven years plus in the VHA electronic cannabis data collection program.
