How are you Still Serving?

I am still an active Navy Reservist supporting Africa Command’s annual exercise CUTLASS EXPRESS. This was my third year participating in the Joint, Multi-National exercise promoting maritime capabilities for African nations. Why do you do it?

I love training partner nations and improving the capabilities of our maritime partners and the US’ safety around the world. I want every veteran to feel safe and cared for as they tackle the transition into a civilian life and know they have a veteran community that supports their efforts and growth.
