Where did you serve and what did you do?
I served in the US Army in South Korea and Colorado as a motor transportation driver
Tell us how your dog is helping you continue #StillServing in your community.
Before I received my service dog I would either not go to events l that I knew would have a lot of people or have a panic attack because I felt closed in or parks and other areas that have steps without railing on really low seats/ benches. As a result I have joined other veteran organizations and have completed more community service . hours.
Why do you do it?
I have been volunteering sense I was twelve years old for two reasons: 1. Jesus did not come to be severed but to serve others. 2. I was young when then President John F. Kennedy said in his speech “Ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country.”
