How are you Still Serving?

Over the past month, I have collected or purchased $600 in personal hygiene items which I made hygiene kits out of, clothes, and food supplies. On 6 October I delivered them to the Myrtle Beach VA Clinic and they will use all of these items during their “Standdown for Homeless Veterans” on October 20th. Most of the hygiene kits/items were donated by my community after I put out a request for these type items to help veterans in need. The hygiene kits contained toothbrush/toothpaste, disposable razors and shave cream, deodorant, bars of soap and body wash, a comb or brush.

Why do you do it?

Because I know there are many veterans less fortunate than me and my wife and I enjoy helping when we can.
