Where did you serve and what did you do?
VFW Post 4938, Edmond Oklahoma is comprised of Veterans from all conflicts. They served our country in a multitude of rolls during their time in uniform.
How are you #StillServing?
Today these dedicated Veterans continue to support a variety of VFW Programs and their local community. Recently VFW Post 4938 found out that a local Veteran who was deployed to Iraq three times needed help building a dog run for his service dog (in training). The members of VFW 4938 jumped into action and quickly organized volunteers and supplies to make sure a local Veteran and his K9 companion had what they needed.
Why do you do it?
VFW Post 4938 believes that opportunities like this are an amazing way to build, strengthen and preserve comradeship with its members, our local veterans and our community. This post truly proves that no one does more for veterans than the VFW!
