Did not have a dog in Iraq. Thou I have a blue pit now that is my best friend and everyone loves her when I take her with me to VA to stores etc. My precious girl is always there when I fall she allows me to use her to grab hold of to pick myself up off the ground. My wife passed away 2 years ago and she has become my best friend she is there when I am at my most vulnerable state to hug. I see her as my guardian angel I would not of made it this far with out her

Why do you do it?
