- Releaser consents to Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States, its officers, employees, licensees, assigns, and third parties authorized by the VFW (“VFW”) use of Releaser’s name, biographical information, likeness, photographs, and audio/visual content (“Content”) uploaded to VFW’s website by Releaser. Releaser hereby authorizes VFW to use such Content for the purposes of publicity, on its website, and to exhibit Content in nationally-distributed publications, promotions and fundraiser advertising. Releaser releases VFW from any and all claims for damages based upon use of the Content or arising out of this agreement. Releaser acknowledges that there were no promises of compensation for the creation or use of Content submitted by Releaser and that VFW will own all rights to the Content irrespective of the form or media in which they are produced or used.

- VFW reserves the right to edit Content for brevity & clarity.

- Releaser warrants and agrees that he/she has read and understood the contents hereof and that he/she has the right and authority to execute this release.
