Where did you serve and what did you do?

Multiple places but the most profound deployments are Kosovo as a Combat Medic attached to FA/Scouts/Mortars/Tankers. Our first three months in Kosovo was body recovery and open grave searches near the Serbian Boarder.

I take both of my ESA’s to visit other veterans who suffer from PTSD without VA disability benefits like myself so they are not alone.

Why do you do it?

I decided after my third suicide attempt in 2016 that I was NOT GOING TO GIVE UP ON MYSELF AND KEEP FIGHTING! I also use the medic’s motto “Every life is worth saving and we leave no brother/sister behind”!
