How are you Still Serving?

The men and women of VFW Post 10148, The Minutemen Post, hosted the City of Cocoa Beach Fire and Police Departments for a 9/11 Tribute on Saturday, September 10th. Over 30 fire and police personnel were treated to dinner and entertainment in honor of their service to the community. The event also featured a somber moment of silence to honor those lost on 9/11 twenty years earlier. All present enjoyed a great steak dinner while listening to a local favorite musician and singer. Twenty community businesses provided gift certificates which were awarded to the police and firefighters throughout the evening. Our 9/11 Tribute provided Post 10148 VFW and Auxiliary members the opportunity to exemplify what it means to be Still Serving.
