Where did you serve and what did you do?
Hello,
I raise AKC Labrador Retrieving Pheasant Dogs. My female Malmesbury’s Lady Dorothy Sweep “Dottie” is a Beast in the Field. I have mated her twice with Yellow Labrador males with impeccable blood lines. She has given birth to 2 litters. I donated a black male puppy to one of my battle buddies in South Dakota who had recently lost his prize winning National Upland Classic female yellow Labrador Retriever.
I donated a $1200.00 yellow Labrador Retriever female to the SD Service Dog Organization in Rapid City South Dakota from her second litter. This is my State Commanders project this year.
Tell us how your dog is helping you continue #StillServing in your community.
Loki is helping my battle buddy enjoy life through hunting and unconditional love.
Rosie is being trained as a Service dog who will be given to a disabled Veteran in need of a Service Dog Companion.
Why do you do it?
I am a retired US Army Combat Veteran who was raised in the VFW through my father’s Vietnam War Service. I am dedicated to serving Veterans in my private practice as a therapist. I see Veterans and their family members in crisis for free if they do not have mental health insurance.
