Where did you serve and what did you do?

A dozen Post members and community members spent the morning of May 3, 2025 cleaning the Moriarty Veterans’ Monument in Moriarty, New Mexico. Four truckloads of weeds, pine needles, and leaves were hauled away! City officials stopped by to voice their appreciation.

How are you Still Serving?

I, along with my fellow VFW comrades and family members, reach out to our community, regardless of veteran status, when they are in need. Folks often come to us with stories of distress and ask for our assistance.

Why do you do it?

We learned in the military to always take care of our personnel. The world reaches beyond ourselves and it is our duty to help those in need.
