Where did you serve and what did you do?

I proudly served in the U.S. Army and the New York Army National Guard during Operation Iraqi Freedom. My military service instilled discipline, resilience, and a lifelong commitment to serving others.

How are you Still Serving?

As Commander of VFW Post 546 and District 1 Commander in the Department of New York, I continue to lead by example. On the VFW Day of Service for the 2025-2026 year, I continue to organize a community accessibility and safety initiative in Brooklyn. Our team of veterans and volunteers work together to improve public spaces, assist seniors with transportation needs, and provide resources to families. This effort unites more than 50 participants, demonstrating the strength of veterans serving side by side with their neighbors.

Why do you do it?

Service does not end when the uniform comes off. I believe veterans have a responsibility to uplift their communities, foster unity, and ensure dignity for all. My motivation comes from honoring those who served before me and creating a better future for those who follow.
