How are you Still Serving?

Attorney John Harding
Your Blue-Collar Lawyer: Helping You with Your Legal Needs.

Every now and then we all need legal advice and at times representation. I will take care of you as if you were one of my family members. I became a lawyer to serve people like you and to help people in their times of need. My goal is to serve you by providing professional, effective, and affordable legal services and representation.

Because I resolve most cases outside of court through reasonable negotiation, I save you time, money, and anxiety. While my practice focuses on criminal defense and estate planning, I am comfortable representing you for civil litigation matters and for all of your legal needs.

Why do you do it?

After graduating from Norwich University, with honors in 1991, Attorney Harding was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corps. As a young Marine he attended Mississippi College School of Law in Jackson, Mississippi not only to study the law, but also to study race relations in the birthplace of our great nation’s civil rights movement. Upon law school graduation in 1994, Attorney Harding attended the U.S. Naval Justice School and served as a Marine trial and legal assistance attorney who prosecuted and defended criminal cases, wrote wills and estate planning documents, and handled civil and family law matters.

John HardingIn 2000, Attorney Harding returned to Massachusetts, practiced law in and around Boston, and was recalled to active service after the attack on 9/11/01. In late 2018, after nearly 3 decades of decorated military service, he and his family settled in beautiful Western Massachusetts to be close to family and to serve you.

Attorney Harding volunteers a great deal of his time serving the Western Massachusetts indigent and homeless populations, and enjoys serving at his Church and as a sports coach for his children’s teams. He is excited to meet and to serve you.
