How are you Still Serving?

After a 22 year break in service, I received a Commission in the US Navy Reserves. I’m a Lieutenant Commander, serving as the Officer in Charge of NR Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, DET Charlie in San Antonio, Texas. In addition, I am an Assistant Fire Chief with the City of Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue Department.

Why do you do it?

I have a family of service members who have served, so it was a natural fit for me to serve.
