Where did you serve and what did you do?

I have served in Afghanistan twice and Iraq once.

How are you Still Serving?

I am still serving on Active Duty in the Army and have been currently for 18 years. I am a Life Member of the VFW and have served as Post Commander and have received All-State and All-American honors. I am currently serving as the District Commander.

Why do you do it?

I do this because I believe that the Veteran and Service Members need to have advocates for the things that they earned from serving honorably. That this is a family that needs to keep growing and being a part of this family gives me a sense of belonging that all who have served looks for. The impact we have within our communities is such a rewarding experience and I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
