Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD).
Provide a forum promoting cooperation, communication, coordination, collaboration, and fosters more effective delivery of services to communities in the preparation of and affected by the disaster.
Organized training with the National Flood Insurance programs (NFIP), Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT), and other natural disaster-related policies and programs affecting this region.
Affiliation with North Dakota state VOAD and the Upper Red River Valley Community Organization Active in Disaster (COAD), we exercise, and ensure more resilient representatives around the State of North Dakota.
