Where did you serve and what did you do?

Pete served in the United States Army and earned his VFW eligibility while stationed in Korea.

How are you Still Serving?

Pete is very active in the community through buddy poppy sales, recruitment drives, funeral honors, and maintaining the flags around the community. Pete and his wife Crystal have also been the longtime photographers for VFW events and activities. They have taken it upon themselves to share the Post stories, events, and photographs with the local newspaper and the community. Pete is always sharing the good news of the VFW and all we do for the troops and the community.

Why do you do it?

Pete does it because he loves veterans, military service, and the comradery. He also loves the community he lives in and believes it is important to carry on military traditions and values.
