Where did you serve and what did you do?

USMC Marine Security Guard Saigon, Vietnam for 12 months where I was the last Post One American Embassy Saigon to pulls colors ending the Vietnam War April 29, 1975. Evacuated the next day off the Embassy rooftop being one of the last Marines to leave Vietnam.

How are you Still Serving?

Veterans Case Manager, EPIC Community Resource Center, nonprofit, 697 Old Englewood Rd Englewood FL 34223 where I am also the Vic President of EPIC Community Resource Center.

Why do you do it?

We, with our partners, build ramps for elderly disabled Veterans who cannot get into their homes, we donate mobility scooters, we mucked and gutted houses of Veterans after hurricanes Ian, Helene and Milton, provide trauma counseling, provide Free Thanksgiving meals to Veterans at our local VFW Post 10178. Plus much more, everything we do is for FREE.
