Where did you serve and what did you do?

Right of Engineman A school in the navy, I was stationed at Naval Station Kodiak Alaska for 18 months. Then I stayed in the Naval Reserves for 12 years.

How are you Still Serving?

I am the service officer for American Legion Post 114 in Georgetown, SC and the Andrews Veterans Association. I also volunteer for Patriot Hospice in a “Veteran to Veteran” program.

Why do you do it?

I like to help veterans. I try to see that veterans, especially the older ones, get the praise, honor, and respect that they so much deserve.
