How are you #StillServing?
Since I retired in 1993 I have been doing banking consulting in third world countries. I have done 22 assignments in ten countries including Romania, Poland, Russia (European and the Far East) Moldova, Uganda, China, Kyrgyzstan, Jordan, Iraq (2005) and my last one at age 80 in Vietnam
Why do you do it?
I had some skills that I felt could be used in developing nations and I wanted to still be useful. At 94, my continuing quest is to bring home my cousin Jimmie Browne, MIA in China. (See my book: The Hunt for Jimmie Browne.”)
