Tell us how your dog is helping you continue Still Serving in your community.

He helps me go places in public be allowing for extra space, picks items off the ground, opens doors, watches my back, and can lead me to an exit in a hurry if I need to get out of somewhere. But most importantly he gives me a battle buddy who is always with me.

Why do you do it?

Because it’s important. I work for a service dog organization as well, the one that gave me Major and it is important to me to know that I am helping people get that piece of their lives that will help them hopefully transition into society better.
