Where did you serve and what did you do?

I’ve served all over after 20 years in the Army as a public affairs specialist.

Tell us how your dog is helping you continue Still Serving in your community.

This is more about my daughter who could never have a dog because we moved so much and her love of a stuffie Boston terrier named Oreo who became her dog and security through all of the moves.

Why do you do it?

I loved my job in the military, but we had six homes in seven years, and it was really hard on my spouse and kids which is why I retired two months ago.
