Where did you serve and what did you do?

I served in the U.S.Navy from 1991-2013, I was an Avaition Support Equipment Technician (AS) I retired as a Chief Petty Officer

How are you Still Serving?

At Post 7824 in Vancouver, Washington I am the Service Officer, Adjutant, Maintain our website (vfw7824.org). I am also in the buddy poppy, events, and community member.

Why do you do it?

I want to help our Veterans anyway I can, whether it is financial, housing, VA Benefits, or just speaking to Veterans. I also work with the JROTC unit at Prairie High School in Battle Ground School District. I work with the Sailors at the Naval Operations Service Center in Portland Oregon by educating Reservist on benefits and how the VFW can help them when they leave the services.
