How are you Still Serving?

After retiring from the army after over 22 years of military service(20 active) I now work as a Local Veterans Employment Representative as a state employee in TN at the American Jobs Center. I assist veterans by cultivating relationships with local hiring managers who are seeking new employees.

Why do you do it?

When I retired, I still didn’t know what I wanted to do for my next “job”. I have found that I want to help other veterans find gainful and successful employment. This position allows me to directly support other veterans.
