Where did you serve and what did you do?

Members of the Post and Auxiliary came out on 25 May 2024 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm to clean and beautify the Post which is located near a residential area. The Post and Auxiliary members also collected over 100 pounds of non-perishable food items, which were donated to the Keefe Center, Hamden, CT.

How are you Still Serving?

We are all still serving but hosting various events such as food and clothing drives, Halloween candy event and Holiday toys drives, and veterans day luncheon to benefit veterans and their families and community members.

Why do you do it?

We did this because as veterans and families of veterans we are committed to giving back and supporting those who have served and continued to serve. A day of service is only one of the many times each year that we show love to each other.
