How are you Still Serving?

The Myrtle Beach VA Clinic feeds/helps clothe 70-80 veterans and veteran families each month through their Uniting to Combat Hunger food bank and their Curbside Delivery program and donations of new clothing and household needs.. The food and clothing all come from donations. As the VAVS Post 10804 representative to the VA Clinic. Last week I received two specific request from the food bank manager for certain non-perishable food items. Today, I delivered multiples of every item on the request lists. This totaled $784 in food items. The picture is of me and the VA Clinic’s Volunteer Services Manager Mrs. Anderson with the delivered food.

Why do you do it?

I know there are many veterans/veteran families in need and I will do what I can to help.
