Where did you serve and what did you do?

I served in both Iraq and Afghanistan twice. I started out as a aircraft refueler and then moved to being a Chinook crew member.

Tell us how your dog is helping you continue Still Serving in your community.

On my last deployment I injured my back which caused me to have some mobility issues. In turn it caused me severe PTSD. Which caused some issues with me blackening out.

Why do you do it?

I decided to get a service dog to help me with my mobility issues and well to help me when I have a PTSD issue. My dog Liberty I would have to say she has saved my from black outs causing me to forget were I’m was. I feel that with out her training I might have been put in jail.
