My dogs (all 8 of them) are the basis of Hero Labradors. My service dog Polar Bear is our stud, and Grace, Pono, Anela, Sweet Pea, Rouge, Grace, Nani, and Halia have produced 188 puppies (and counting) that have been donated to service dog training programs for veterans and first responders.

Why do you do it?

I was severly wounded in 2005, many people helped me and my family. My first service dog, Major, changed my life. By donating purpose-bred puppies to service dog training programs, I’m paying that forward, and my puppies have over triple the industry average for successful completion of training and going to recipients.
