Where did you serve and what did you do?

Fort Cavazos (Hood), Korea, Chicago, Fort Liberty (Bragg), and Virginia Beach, with deployments to Afghanistan, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Singapore.

Tell us how you’re giving back to your community.

Serve as a senior leader with Team Red, White & Blue assisting the veteran and veteran support community to improve their health and wellness. Also volunteer with several other nonprofit organizations and serve on two of their boards.

Why do you do it?

It’s my way to stay accountable for my own needs while giving back and paying forward to people and organizations who’ve been there for me and will be there when I need them.
