Where did you serve and what did you do?

As part of the Fourth Annual VFW National Day of Service and the ongoing Still Serving Campaign, Our post served at Feed More, Local Partner Food Bank of Feeding America, by donating 12 bags of food, 88 pounds, supporting Hunger Relief Programs, aiding to others to help combat Food Insecurity in the greater Richmond area. Family & friends were inspired and also supported our efforts. Tuesday, May 27, 2025, 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

How are you Still Serving?

Honoring all who came before us, history of VFW, Our Chartered Members (35) April 26, 1982, all VSOs, all Veterans, all soldiers and through community service in the areas of Americanism, Safety, Hospital, Youth, Church and School and Aide to Others. Realizing that all I have is not my own and realizing that all we have is not our own. Partake in Leadership Training and Mentoring. Commander Kenney 2022 – 2026, Member 2014

Why do you do it?

Leadership, Duty, Respect, Selfless service, Honor and Integrity. Give Back. Sacrifice!!! Honoring Past Commanders eg. PCDRs Barker, W. Taylor, S. Hill, B. Simms, and G. Kenney. PCDR Barney Campbell (Post and District Commander) for 10+ years of leadership and guidance, Past All State Commander and All American Commander.
