Where did you serve and what did you do?

We as a post are helping the less fortunate of our community in Alturas Ca. We fill food giveaway bags of commodities each month. We partner with TEACH INC, who gets the food delivered on pallets, we then divide it up and put it in bags for the giveaway that TEACH handles. This is just a small way we can help give back to the community in which we live.

How are you Still Serving?

Yes, we do various projects in our community, but the commodity giveaway is the most important

Why do you do it?

We served our country, and we have a griup of Veterans that still have the desire to serve in the community that we chose to live in.
