Where did you serve and what did you do?

I retired from the Air Force in 2012 after the tragic loss of my 18 year old son. My most recent deployment was Iraq in 2007. I was a flight med tech stationed at Pease ANGB in New Hampshire from 2004-2012. I also deployed to Qatar twice after 911 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2001. I was stationed at Robins AFB in Georgia from 1998-2001. I deployed to Saudi Arabia and UAE in support of Operation Desert Storm in 1996. I was stationed at Dover AFB, DE from 1992 – 1998.

Tell us how your dog is helping you continue Still Serving in your community.

I am currently in the process of getting my own dog trained for the Pets for Vets program.

Why do you do it?

Why did I serve? I have always been very patriotic and I wanted to see the world before going to college. I enlisted when I was 18 and ended up staying for 20 years.
