Why do you do it?

My mother was a military spouse for 30+ years. My wife is both a military spouse and USMC veteran. I gained a perspective of the sacrifices they make in their personal careers to support their spouse on active duty, through multiple relocations and separations, and want to help them achieve their career goals.
