Where did you serve and what did you do?

I was stationed at Minot where I deployed to Kuwait and Qatar as mission generation vehicular management. Then was stationed at Cannon AFB and was a Combat Mission Support NCOIC.

Tell us how your dog is helping you continue Still Serving in your community.

My dog Tango helps keep me grounded when things inside get out of hand. He’s also very kid friendly so he’s a companion for kids in the neighborhood to greet when we do our walks/ bike rides.

Why do you do it?

I am new to the VFW but I know the importance of groups being available for those that had traumatic shared experiences. Many civilians can’t understand what the military asks of its members so it’s nice having that support system.
