How are you Still Serving?

Following military retirement as a Chief Petty Officer, I was a defense contractor at USCENTCOM for an additional 9 years before becoming a civil service Intelligence Officer with HQ USCYBERCOM. Why do you do it?

Community service was instilled in me at a very young age with several family members serving in the National Guard and as local volunteer firefighters. I participated in student government organizations throughout junior and high school in addition to many community service organizations.
