Where did you serve and what did you do?

Army explosive ordnance disposal four and a half years active duty. One tour to Afghanistan 2011-12 with 704th EOD out of Ft Hood. I transitioned to the Oklahoma National Guard and picked up the Combat Engineer MOS and did that for another 6 years. Completed my bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and became a CLEET certified law enforcement officer. I was hired as a Game Warden at Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation and served the sportsman of Oklahoma for a little over 6 years.

How are you Still Serving?

I am currently the School Resource Officer for Duke Public Schools.

Why do you do it?

I enjoy ensuring a safe and secure environment for students and staff, and mentoring the youth when possible.
